Easter is coming. Hooray! Hooray! Hooray!

So many sweets, feels like a race, but remember, at Easter, the embrace is the true grace!

Easter is coming,
Hooray! Hooray! Hooray!
Here it comes now,
the lovely season's here,
and the wind that blows,
making it all appear.
And the sturdy tree,
adorned with gems so bright,
delights the eye, you see,
people moved, hearts light!
Easter arrives in style,
the feast, the delight,
everyone's getting ready,
excitement's taking flight!
The table's adorned,
the wait has grown long,
help yourselves, everyone!
And the enthusiasm's strong.
Some take, some give,
bread takes a dip with flair,
but it's just the beginning,
of a tale we all will share!
Plates and silverware,
the flock on the plate,
we start to eat with care,
this is where the story's fate.
Then all are delighted,
awaits the sweet treat,
the beautiful Dove, so bright,
a wish for peace, oh, how sweet!
And the glasses remain empty,
not without a bit of remorse,
all those toasts were plenty,
but not all the words stayed on course.
Oh, but hold on, let's pause,
let's not forget the truth,
that Easter, with its cause,
is a concept that's the proof!
However it may end,
(with satisfying grace)
it renews the invite, my friend,
and our togetherness we embrace.
